Refund Policy

At Max Systems, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing services designed to help your business grow. Due to the nature of our work—custom strategy, time investment, and immediate resource allocation—all payments made for services are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds After Payment

Once a payment has been submitted and services have commenced (including but not limited to campaign setup, strategy calls, asset creation, ad spend management, or content production), we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy is in place to account for the time, labor, and expertise invested into your project from day one.

Service Commitment

We stand behind our work and aim to ensure all deliverables meet your expectations. If you have concerns or are not satisfied with a specific aspect of the service, we encourage you to contact us directly. We will do our best to address your concerns and make reasonable adjustments when possible.

Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the matter is considered a breach of our terms. If a chargeback is filed, Max Systems reserves the right to pursue the full cost of services rendered, including legal and collection fees.
